Hi all!

I was just wondering if anyone has ever given a break on monthly rent for a longer lease agreement. If so how much is reasonable? Typical rent for a 12 month lease would be 1,100. What would a good price be for 2 years or is that not even an option? Any insight is appreciated.

Hi! When you are rehabbing and a contractor has availability to do work when you aren't available because you have to work what do you guys do? Leave a key? Pay someone to meet them/over see? I am working full time so efficiency is key. Thank you! Aleen

I would like to get involved with networking in my area but because I am so new to the game I find it hard to contribute any sound advice. I like to consider myself a blank slate and eager to learn and hear all perspectives and options. Looking to purchase/rehab/refi/rent. Anyone into that in the area? I would love to hear your story and get suggestions on how I could grow as well as networking when I have little knowledge to offer.
