Yes, their loan will be done through Credit Union 1. I could not find anything negative so far.

Has anyone financed a multi-family property or worked with Convoy before? I recently received a quote from them and would love to hear from those who have gone through the financing process. How was your experience with Convoy?

I’m curious if anyone has worked with Convoy before. I received a quote from them, but I’d love to hear if anyone here has gone through the financing process and successfully closed with them.

For the managers that used heat treatments- or a combination of pesticide and heat.

Have you used only heat or a combination of heat and pesticide?  One of the companies I contacted mentioned that if they use just heat  it can make the bedbugs migrate through to the next unit since the heat takes some time to reach the correct temperature. This contractor mentioned that the people belongings would be put inside a big heater box  outside and inside the property would be treated with pesticide.

Any recommendations in a Pest Control in Charlotte -NC or maybe a big box company you have used and had success in treating Bed Bugs?

How often should a treated house be checked after the treatment?

 Thank you,

Are you familiar with a system called Rently  ( use.rently.com) ?  I started using for some of my properties about 1 year ago  and so far it  has worked  very well. You can set up how late the tenants can see your property.  Once the property rents I will change the locks.

Hi Kenneth,

Looking for properties between 70-110k with 3+ bed and 2+ baths, newer than 1995- cash flow positive as a rental and maximum 10k in rehab- just cosmetic - no kitchen or bathroom complete redos.

Please let me know if you come across something like this.

Hi Taylor,

Any luck finding this security camera? Please keep us posted. I am looking for the a security camera with the same criteria to see if I can figure out what is going on the dumpster area in  the Multifamily (16 townhouses) I manage.  I will keep posting the progress as well.
