Newbie to Investing Licensed General Contractor Charlotte NC

Hello Bigger Pockets,

I am a licensed General Contractor with over 30 years experience living and working in Charlotte NC. I have spent the last 5 years working primarily with realtors and have decided to start investing myself. Thanks to our local REIA organization I have also begun working for investors helping with their rehabs. My wife is a real estate agent (Cindy Bowman also on this site) so we have a good start to our team. We are looking to partner with an investor who will handle the financing on our initial flips.
