Why do you hate hard money lenders?

I’m new to the hard money lenders topic my friend was telling me about it. Have you guys had one? What was the experience? How did you find yours? I’d like to get another opinion. Thanks!

Hello! Recently my desire to start a group home has been on my mind a lot now. I don’t know much about starting up a group home.
