Starting up group homes!

Hello! Recently my desire to start a group home has been on my mind a lot now. I don’t know much about starting up a group home. Though I know everyone has a different experience, does anyone care to share their‘s with me? Or if you are familiar with group homes am I able to ask you some questions?
