I'm looking for 6-8 people to meet once a week virtually, to discuss 1st deal progress and their barriers that they are facing. We as a group collectively network to motivate and help each other through the process. 

I was so excited to be qualified for a bank loan, with down payment assistance as well as closing cost, however you can only choose properties in particular zoned areas and in my price range in California prices are high, there is not a lot to choose from.

Has anyone accepted a loan under these contingencies and has used it for leverage to start there real estate journey?

Thank you, I have often thought about that! Great ideal, I will keep that in mind for a traveling family needs, so you would be looking for a 2 plus 2 ? Question. what would your most wanted amenities? Example, bed vs patio ?

Thank you! I have often thought about that, I met a traveling nurse that traveled with her husband and requested a king bed. So for an example your family would want/need a house rental 2B-2B ? to fulfill your travel need? Question,  what are some key important amenities that you like to see in your rental?
