@Paul Parker Thank you so much for your suggestions! I will definitely get this book.

About retirement.. I meant buying couple of rental properties to rent out and make savings for retirement. I wonder what would be the best strategy.. Buy rental property, move in, live for some time until we can buy next rental house?

Or buy, rent it out and rent some small place for ourselves.

Everything will be new to us. Florida and new start in real estate.

I am watching and learning from Morris Invest and Kris Krohn and couple more investors on YouTube.

I appreciate your time,

Thank you again.

Hello everyone!

I am new here on BP.

For the first time in my life I have interest and passion for Real Estate.

My husband and myself met late in life. None of us have owned real estate.

We both are over fifty. We have been thinking about buying house for awhile and now ready to “pull the trigger”. By the end of this year we are moving from CA to FL.

Our retirement isn’t that far, so we thought that investing in rental properties would be wiser.

But, if our first home is rental property, then we have to live in this house for some time until we buy second house? Or we can rent it out and rent for ourselves somewhere else..? As I said I am newbie at all this. Maybe you have some advice.

Thank you in advance.
