thank you to everyone for the advice. @James Hamling I was told from another investor to wait to incorporate until 3 deals in. But if I were to get sued later down the line, can't they retroactively sue me from the first 3 deals I did unprotected?

Hi BP, Any suggestions on how should Incorporate my real estate investment biz? I'm starting with wholesale and will transition to gov housing. Any LA recommendations, or should I LegalZoom? Thanks friends

Hey Edgar, I'm a wholesaler in LA but my market is Burbank since I'm in that area. I would love to keep in contact with you. I can let you know every time I find a deal if that is ok with you. Isn't BP great?!

@Zachary Myers Oh wow, I didn't know if shadowing another wholesaler was common. Thats great. If you ever have one here in LA and wouldn't mind me tagging along and showing me the ropes, Please feel free to contact me. I have a flexible schedule. You've been of great help man, thanks so much.

Hey @Zachary Myers  Since I'm just starting off, What do you think would be the smartest way to get my feet wet? Do you think it would be a good idea to do my first few sales with a realtor so that I can get a better experience? Thanks a lot

@Zachary Myers Wow, that'd be great, I would love to pick your brain. Would it be ok if I PM you if I have questions? I respect your time and privacy, so I don't want to step on any toes

Hi Friends,

I am a new investor starting off in Wholesaling here in Los Angeles, CA.

I'm looking to piece together my Power Team so if anybody knows of a great title company or preferably a flexible Lawyer who can close on wholesale deals, that would be super helpful.

One last thing, i've gotten mixed answers about Wholesaling questioning its legality. I know of several people who have, and continue to do wholesale deals, so whats all that about?

I appreciate any nudge you can give me in the right direction. Cheers friends!
