Just wondering, anyone else find keeping up with tenant chats a bit much? How do you guys handle it?

In the face of skyrocketing house prices and soaring interest rates, Gen Z and millennials are finding innovative ways to achieve homeownership through "house hacking." Hello Tim!

Ive been in property management for years and started a outsourcing company to help grow without paying thes Los Angeles Salaries.

My business partner and I did this same thing a couple years back. We outsourced most admin/tenant work which allowed us to only show up when needed.

Hey Alex!

My business partner and I started a few years back. We had this same discussion- we looked into outsourcing all that admin work that would hold us back. We hated the big companies so started our own. Its been a big help in collecting rent/processing rent roll/respond to requests.

You might wanna check that option out.

Hello! I have done this same thing recently in Los Angeles CA.

HIred 1 PM and outsourced offshore for accounting/admin work to help save cost from big purchase.

Hello!

I have 2 companies I started, Property Management and Outsourcing to help with my Management company. We just recently acquired a property with tenants and having a team to do all the admin paperwork-following up with the new tenants have been a life saver.

Hope this helps.

Hello Bob,

I have two companies- Property Management/Outsourcing.

I would say it does not matter- I have Level 3 accountants from the Philippines who handle it efficiently and effectively.

Hope this helps!
