Hello I am looking to invest virtually in new markets. I am originally from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. So I am looking to invest in the markets in and around that area. Does anyone know any investor friendly realtor/brokers in the area? Anyone flipping houses in that area? Or any other investing strategies used in that area. I would love to talk with you!!

@Travontaz Lowry Hey Taz! I am in the Charlotte Area as well. Good luck with your search and breaking into the business. I am still learning through Books, YouTube University. Etc... There are also groups that meet up from bigger pockets in Charlotte. That could be a great way to network. As well as Joining a R.E.A. Locally. Kudos to you putting yourself out there!

@Aidan Mulligan I do not believe so. Try opening up an account. Then apply. Also advantage credit union may be a good one to try. Call all of the small banks and credit unions in Charlotte. Until you get a yes! Don't give up

@Jordan Santiago Hey Jordan. Opinion Hml probably wouldn't be a good idea for a rental. Only properties when you are in and out pretty quickly. But. I would call and have a conversation with a few hard money lenders to see what their requirements are. Some HML would like you to have a certain amount of savings in the bank. Also require a downpayment. A percentage of the purchase price. And some hml look at your credit score. Try connected investors. They can link you up with hml in your area
