This list is 3 years old. BBVA now PNC does not offer LOC on investment property. Neither does BB&T bank on this list. This is as of May 2023. I called Vectra Bank and they still do. Waiting to hear from East West.

How can I find out the home owner  insurance information for a neighbor if a neighbor failed to maintained his property and caused water damage to a neighboring property?

I don't have experience with LeadSherpa. I am currently using LC and the first 2 weeks was a nightmare. Alot of technology issues and servers going down. Very buggy system. You can't call them for support. Only through Chat
