When putting a team in place when is the best time to do it? After you've found a property? after you have a contract? I'm  meeting with a realtor next week, someone I've know for a year now so I just want to know if I'm going about the steps in the right order. 

this is where the lease agreement comes in, unless it says that they're responsible then it's on you

Hey everyone, my name is Alan, I'm 43 and am a father of 4 girls!! I know, I'm crazy right? I started a window cleaning business in May 2015 and it's going really well here in Mi, but now that I've had a taste of what it's like to not starve anymore I'm ready for more, a lot more!!
