How difficult is it to flip houses out of the area? I found a house 2 hrs away, would I have to do the first initial walk thru or can I hire a GC for that? Any and all advice would be great! Thanks in advance

Pull the comps in the area, that will give you an idea of what the homes are going for.

hey everyone, I've got a great neighbor who's been renting her home for the past couple of years now, single mom, 2 kids, good job as a nurse etc...

Landlord is putting the home on the market and she's wanting to buy it. Realtor told her she couldn't right now, obviously because of her credit, would a hard lender help in this situation? Home last sold for $145k if that helps
