Hi Alan,

Was this for a refinance or a purchase? Happy to help.

Hi everyone, looking for any referrals or recommendations for DSCR lenders for Bryson City, NC. Had some pushback from lenders I have spoken to due to a lower population in Bryson City and therefore limitations on their lending on properties in that area. Has to be someone out there so any help would be hugely appreciated. Thank you 🙏

Hi all, looking for any referrals with regards to a real estate attorney for an acquisition we are making in Bryson City, need someone to go through seller-financing agreements for us and to guide and direct us on LLC acquisition and transfers. Please and thank you!

Hi guys, wondering if anyone could recommend or refer me to an experienced real estate attorney who can guide us through seller-financing negotiations as well as the best way to structure our acquisition. Much obliged.

Hey Jason, I am working with a partner towards investing in multifamily for ourselves and we are developing a second "fund" amongst friends and family to do the same. We are reaching out to people we know and partnering with them on strong cash flowing multifamily deals exclusively. Let me know what you had in mind and we can see if there is a good fit. Thanks

Thanks Nate. The calculators seem to be working very differently since Tuesday/Wednesday, when I input any address it’s no longer offering the drop down menu that’s shows the address it has found that reflects the one I am inputting. Just to check it was working I tried putting in my own address just to see if it was working and it doesn’t find it, 1118 S Redondo Blvd, Los Angeles, CA, 90019.
i have tried a few with both the Rent Estimator and Rental Property Calculator and both have the same issue. Also what I am finding is that when I enter the address on the Rental Property calculator, it is no longer searching for any data, where previously it would do so and I would find the property tax data already inputted it’s not doing that anymore.
