Hi all,

Has anyone jumped into the abovementioned Section 8 investment program? i have a full time job that commands most of my bandwidth and I came across Eric Spofford's Section 8 program and I am curious to know if anyone knows anything about it that can shed some light on whether there is any merit going down this road? Any help or guidance on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hi, looking for some good recommendations for an attorney to draft a loan agreement between myself and my business partner for a real estate acquisition. Thanks!

Hi! I used to run into this issue a lot. My company now has two specific programs for rural DSCR though! So there are rural DSCR options available and the rates are not higher than non-rural DSCR.

Hi Kristen, I know this is an old post but this is something I am looking at now as we pursue a transaction with seller-financing with a view to refinance later on with a DSCR. Do you guys operate in North Carolina? Thanks

@Alan Santini Yes, we do rural DSCR cash outs in North Carolina. If you DM me the address I can review it to see if it meets the rural guidelines for no LTV hit.

 DM sent! Thanks

We have access to DSCR lenders that can do rural properties. I am working on 3 rural cash outs right now actually. I know how frustrating it can be!

Hi Clayton, I know this post is old but was curious to find out whether you guys do rural DSCR cash outs in North Carolina?

Hi everyone, looking for any referrals or recommendations for DSCR lenders for Bryson City, NC. Had some pushback from lenders I have spoken to due to a lower population in Bryson City and therefore limitations on their lending on properties in that area. Has to be someone out there so any help would be hugely appreciated. Thank you 🙏

Hey Alan, long or short term rental?
Hey Andrew, it's a tax parcel with three STR homes on it.
Thanks, that helps! If you want to connect, it sounds like something we may be able to help with!

Great! Do you want to shoot me a message with your contact details and I will reach out today to discuss? Thanks

@Alan Santini, perhaps @Mitch Davidson can help. He's a lender, investor, etc. with experience investing in STRs in BC, too.

Thanks Grant, will give him a call. Appreciate it.
