@Todd Kozak lol sounds like she’s cheating and doesn’t want to get caught. I’m not sure who is renting the apartment, but that’d be my thoughts.

Out of curiosity, has any had the opportunity to work with a Deaf/Hard of Hearing colleague? Whether it be a client or a coworker?

Hi Sanita, I'm late to the party but I'll answer.

I'm with Compass and I'm in love. The tools they give you access to is just unreal. From marketing, to Compass Collections, to Compass Concierge, they make an agents job extremely seamless. Starting as a new agent is quite difficult, however, if you get under a team they can help you bypass a lot of the criteria. I have a fellow colleague that's a broker out of Atlanta. If you're interested, I can direct you to her. Just prepare to pay Realtor dues :)

I love everything about Compass, but they really added a gem with Compass' CRM! At Compass, they really care about helping their agents as much as possible so we can dedicate our time to catering best to our clients. Our CRM allows agents to organize clients into sub groups, and add specific detailed information so when we interact with them it always feels like a personalized experience! It allows agents to stay up to date by notifying us when we need to circle back so our clients so they feel most important.

These are some of the various things I love about our CRM, but if you are an agent with Compass this MUST be your best friend :)

@David Blue They are on the website, however I know there’s a new construction on 53 Greenbrier working with Section 8. Worth a try.
