Help wanted

The pay is $200. I am looking for a long time Bigger Pockets person that understands the website, the rules, and the politics. I am a old school investor with 35 years of experience. Maybe I can use Bigger Pockets to further my real estate investing and coaching, maybe not. I am moving from Michigan to Florida, so I need help with that. The $200 is to look at the bigger picture, but there could be more Consulting in the future.

Two things you may not have thought of:

You can pay a management company to qualify the tenant only. And then you get the rent.

When I had rentals in the bad part of town the management company can be the (bad Cop) and you're just the manager for the owner.

You should always try to copy success, who is the big airbnb management company in Orlando, Or who is the person that has the most there. You should talk to them, and buy them lunch.

I've owned my principal residence for 20 years. I've turned it into an Airbnb and I rented out for the first time in December 2020. We got income for the first time on Airbnb on 1-12-21, but the home was rented dec -2020.

We have an Airbnb with Roku TVs, the renter asked if they could have the PIN to watch their big game on CBS one time. I don't know much about Roku, so would this go on my bill? Is there a way to have them pay for it?
