I did this for 15 years its a great way to live for free and pay down your mortgage but it gets old dealing with other peoples drama. Eventually you get married have kids and don't want roommates and will accept the loss of not renting out rooms for your own life and privacy.

Hi Garrett,

New on this site but have been on other side on these types of matters. Just call your  Landlord and be honest tell her you will not be able to get a cosigner by Friday this month or next. Discuss with her how you can help her make this a win win for each of you. Offer her an extras month Rent if you need to to reassure her. You might be able to give her 10% more per month until done, Remind her that if she starts eviction you will have to retain consul and even if she's successful she's likely to lose more then a months rent.
