Westchester is a really hot market. I am in contract right now in new rochelle. Theres still some deals in elmsford, new rochelle, port chester area for duplex around 500k.

im thinking about borrowing 50% of my 401. And invest it in real estate. It is only a 4.25%. Intrest pay bck for five years
