welcome to BP @Steve Salvatore I am new to BP and to RE investing. I have been learning a lot on here aswell as in field. I am also from Pittsburgh, in the north hills. I am looking to make my first deal this year. I have already looked at a dozen properties this year just to learn from the walk throughs. I have made great contacts with agents and with contractors being in the construction field myself. Congrats on the success so far. Thanks everyone. I was looking for a flip but this neighborhood became big on rentals. She was a listing agent but didn't really know any info on the property. I'm not real educated about foreclosure a so I was worried about back taxes and liens. She said that gets figured out when it's in contract.

I am looking to buy my first investment property. I just contacted an agent for a SFH that's foreclosed. Listed @ $40,000. I am walking through it tomorrow morning. Now I am very new to this so any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated. What I should be aware of , look for, ask the agent. Thank you everyone.

Good morning BP. My name is Adam living in Pittsburgh PA. I am currently looking to jump into REI. I have been reading and browsing BP for a few weeks now and would love some advice from the experienced. Anyone from Pittsburgh that would like to talk I would appreciate it. I am currently an electrician but looking to get out of the rat race. I am learning how to buy and flip and buy and hold.
