Im looking to build up a solid list of wholesalers in the Houston area that are constantly looking for good deals.  I have cash in hand(no financing) . I currently live North East Houston if you are interested shoot me a pm .

That’s awesome to here because I love the job I have here and would love to stay . If you don’t mind sharing , where do you typically find your deals in this area . Any methods I should try?, I’m super eager to get started !

@Ryan Blake

Yeah I've been mostly looking at the MLS for deal scouting but it's pretty safe to say at least in my area Northsde/Humble area it's not where I am going to be able to pick up very many good buy and hold deals.

Thanks for the reply's, I live on the north side of Houston and I'm just not seeming to find anything on the MLS. Do I almost have exclusively look off market for good deals in Houston? Looking to try the BRRR method for the first time. As far as funding I'm pretty much limited to no more than 15k. Mostly focused on eliminating unnecessary debt right now I.e car payment and student loans

Is the Dallas market currently a good market to invest in, ive seen some blog posts (outside of BP) advertising Dallas , Tx as one of the best places to invest in 2019.  Currently have no investment property’s but the wife and I are looking to get our feet in the water,Thanks
