Aloha Matthew Facer ! Please keep us all updated on your search for your multi-family property. I'm in a similar position as you, I live and work on Oahu and I'm very interested in REI but yet to jump into the game. Your thoughts and experiences as you get started with your first purchase would be very interesting to hear and could give some valuable insight to other greenhorns such as myself. Thank you all for the warm reception :) @Sam Valme and @Tim Davis I'm registered with NARPM and attend the monthly luncheons.  I'm hoping to be able to go to the national convention, at least the general session, but since I'm a bit low on the totem pole I might have to stay and hold down the fort while our other property managers attend.  @Manly Souza I work for Cornerstone Properties, LLC. Our company as a whole manages a little over 600 properties all over Oahu, but I myself have only recently acquired my first few clients. Looking forward to learning from you all!

Hello everyone!  My name is Andrew Frazier.  I've been reading on BP articles for a little while now, but have finally decided to become a more active member with the hopes of establishing some great relationships with you all on both a personal and business level.  I live in Hawaii on the island of Oahu, where I was born and raised.  I graduated from the University of Hawaii's Shidler College of Business with a BBA in Business Management.  I have been working for a Property management company for about a year now, and since I have just received my real estate license I will be making the transition from an assistant to a full-fledged Property Manager.  I'm interested in perfecting my profession, and hope to one day own and manage a few of my own rental properties.  If you are a fellow property manager, or are interested in property management, or would just like to chat about things like strategies and market conditions, I would love to talk with you!
