@Ryan Xu Thanks for the reply! I see why the speed of getting a tenant in your rental matters. Flip-n-sells as an alternative to a refinance the first few deals is not a bad idea either. I will be sure to continue shopping around and learning. How did you get started with REI?

A cash out refinance is an important part of the BRRRR method. I am a first time home buyer and at unease with the tender qualifications that are required while attempting cash refinance while being self employed. Are there any other ways to pull money out of a property, if so what are they? Have you experienced a cash out refinance while being self employed?

It’s early in my journey for both self employed and in the real estate business. All ideas welcome.

Thanks!

Hi Bigger Pockets!

I’m very curious to know your lowest priced property and how you managed to acquire that deal?

Did you trade creativity and work for a better price?

Looking forward to these responses..

Thanks!

Updated: After one house hacks a property, they would have to meet the living requirements, then can refi and continue on their journey.

Hi, my name is aiden. I’m fairly new to the whole real estate game. I would like to know how, if any, you started out networking and actually began forming relationships with people that are apart of your team?

Thank you!

My name is Aiden and I am looking for some advice to help out in the planning stages of an real estate career. If a person house hacked a duplex or any multifamily home to start their journey, but have a goal of owning SFH rental properties to freedom and they no longer wanted to house hack. What options would they have next.. (ie SFH residential and SFH rental switch, or another year of house hacking?)
