Yo! It is a subscription model that allots you a certain amount of texts per month. Works out to be cheaper than any other text blaster that is legal. Pretty sure Launch, Sherpa, and Batch are the only reliable and legal ones nowadays. I am sending 72k messages per month with unlimited drip follow ups and automations for under $1k per month. Just asking because their top PRO plan cost $1,497 per month with 50,000 outbound texts included.

I have started to wholesale since April 2022 and been trying to get wholesale deals under contract to assign to end buyers as I got 6 deals under contract since I have started taking action but ended up by cancelling them for some reasons.

Any advice about what is the best quickest strategy to close my first deal in less than two weeks?

It gives bad quality VM numbers. Mostly are dead leads and as real estate investors we must look at quality not quantity.
