Hello all,  I have a question about rules here.....I want to connect with buyers/investors for a specific property but I am a buyers agent looking to represent on the buyers side not the listing side.  How should I connect with people here and stay within boundaries?

I've got alot to learn but my first flip I had a Realtor help me find the house and I did the repairs myself. I had a second Realtor list and help sell the house. Great experience! I'm moving into BRRRR or another Live n Flip soon.
