Hi everyone,

I started reading The Book on Rental Property Investing which guided me to this site. I'm extremely excited about getting into real estate investing! I'm a long way away from investing in a property but loving the education process and looking forward to soak up so much more to make an informed decision.

I grew up helping my parents with their multi-family rentals so I feel like I a have a pretty strong, informal, understanding of how to manage properties which makes the learning a little easier. I'm definitely needing to better understand the financial side of the process, insurance, and tenant/landlord protocol, etc as I didn't really see that side of the experience with my parents.

Anyway, I look forward to posting, reading, and discussing all things real estate!
