There are a lot of meetups, groups, networking here in KC. Mid-America Association of Real Estate Investors is the only Trade Association, REIA, and Chapter of National REIA. We meet on the 2nd Tuesday in person, host a few virtual events. And we have a packed calendar of options, many listed on this thread taphat are posted on our calendar.

Our next event is a virtual workshop on Residential Assisted Living.  It 9 am to 2 pm tomorrow 3/18… and our last two events, at least the presentation portion are on our blog and YouTube channel

 As a newer wholesaler, you might find the replay of how to utilize MAREI’s 4500+ buyers list until you build your own very helpful.
