Hi, my name is Chris Carroll. I'm just starting my investment career, with closing on my first LTR property this Friday! Looking to scale in the area with more LTR's, but also potentially STR and MTR's. I've been diving deep into every BP podcast and book to learn as much as I can quickly, but would love to meet like minded investors and agents to help grow my knowledge and develop a team to scale more efficiently.
