@Chase Beasley Thanks for your input. I'll check those neighborhoods. Only zip codes I am seeing anything under 100 are 30315, 30318 and 30342. Are these neighborhoods C or D or even lower?

Ya, I shouldn't have asked for A under 100K which shows that I am unaware of this market and just starting my research. Though I assumed that Sandy Springs might be considered A neighborhood (I might be completely wrong here) and there are few under 100k properties listed on MLS.

I am aware that Atlanta market is pretty big and I have just started my research so need help in narrowing down area that fits my criteria of A or B neighborhood and Under 100K. Any suggestions?

Hello members, how do you guys get an affordable home insurance? I got some quotes and they are really expensive. So wondering which company do you guys use and if have any suggestions.

Hi BP members I am new to BP and still newbie in real estate investment. I don't live in Raleigh but excited about the growth this area has seen.

I am looking to diversify my investment and want to buy my second rental investment property in this area. Looking for referrals for real estate agent and or property managers who have experience to work with remote investors and can provide valuable information on neighborhood, cash flow, tenant quality etc.
