Thanks Tom but the cost of the sale is not enough for me to warrant the additional costs of an attorney. I am selling a small plot of land to a neighbor for $1,000. He has a daughter that is a lawyer and would not accept a quit claim deed and wants a General warranty deed. I don't think there could be many legal ramifications from this small plot of land in the future but would just like to fill the buyer's request. Even if someone has an example of one, I would appreciate it. Thanks,

I am wanting to have a General Warranty Deed written up for a small sale of a property but can't find a good from to download anywhere. Does anyone have any suggestions as where to find a form for this(for free)? Thanks!

Hello everybody!

I am excited that I found this community. I am 27 years old and live in the South Bend, IN area. I have some business experience and have committed to building my real estate business for long term success. My goal is to build a residual income large enough to live comfortably and help others. I currently own 2 rental properties and started about 1.5-2 years ago. I am now looking to learn much more about the business, the opportunities and the chance to work with some investors. I love sports(Go Irish!) and I also enjoy spending time with my friends and family. Any networking is greatly encouraged. I just started going to local Reia meetings as well. Talk soon!
