I've had my broker's license for several years. I got it right before the changes went into effect requiring experience. I have my Bachelor's Degree.

I've started inquiring with several brokerages, so I'm leaning in that direction.

Thanks for the advice!!

I'm brand new to real estate with a broker's license in CA. Any advice on where to even begin? I want to have my own company, but have considered joining a brokerage until I gain some understanding of the sales process and how to gain/manage leads. Also, has anyone considered mentoring or allowed shadowing?  Thanks

I currently have a broker's license. I'm considering forming RE investment company as the principal broker but would like to be associate broker somewhere to gain more experience. Is this even allowable? I'm in California. Thanks.
