Soo much great information.  Organizing my business right now.  I took massive action but I know that I need to take a step back, see what I am doing wrong.  Then rev back into it again.  I will update once I get my first deal.

Thank you for the great information.  I am currently reading Cashflow Quadrant, The Millionaire Real Estate Investor by Gary Keller and Grit by Angela Duckworth.  I am going to go back through my lists and organize my information.  I have realized through your responses that my mindset as to be of a business owner.  Create a system that works and follow it until I am successful.  

I have been able to obtain a code enforcement list, a tax delinquent list, and the high equity out of state owner list (which is filled with long term investors).  

I will take step back, reflect on everything, create goals, and make this work.

I have been trying wholesale real estate for 2 months. I have purchased scripts and guides.  I do not feel I am effective enough because my phone is not ringing.  I'm trying to find out starting off do I need to have business cards and a simple website going to increase my ability to get deals.  I am a newbie trying to get my first deal.  Any advise?

@Lydia T. Thank you very much for the information. I am reading Rich Dad Poor Dad now and I am working on my budget. I have been all over the place with my marketing strategy. I know I need to focus on what is working in the Hillsborough County Area. I am thankful there is a community out here helping people like me.

I am new to BP, I want to go with a exit strategy of wholesaling. What can I do to separate myself from the pack. I do not have much money to start but I do have the power of perseverance. Any advice, Thanks.
