I purchased a mobile home in Florida and am trying to cash out refinance.  Every lender I speak with is now telling me that I need to wait 12 months before I am able to cash out.  Is anyone else buying mobile homes and refinancing them?  If so, which lenders are you using?  Would love to get any feedback on options.

@James Elden without seeing the listings your talking about I’m unable to tell you if they are overpriced or not.

So I have been trying to go to a lot of networking events in my area and have met a lot of different people.  One in particular has suggested that I create a Sole Proprietorship and then get corporate credit cards with no interest for 12-18 months.  He has suggested to pull out almost $50,000 in credit card debt to get started.  I am not sure if I trust this or him.  Has anyone else done this?  Would anyone suggest doing this to get started?  I don't have enough money to start purchasing properties for cash or even enough for a down payment at the moment.  Looking for advice.  Thank you!

I am looking to purchase a home in the Ft Lauderdale, FL area and am wondering what is a good estimate to do a complete 2000 sq/ft home remodel.  I am going to want to change the flooring and the kitchen and possibly the bathrooms as well.  I am also looking at a home that only has 2 bedrooms and am curious what the cost to add a 3rd or even a 4th bedroom.  Also, if anyone knows a good and reliable GC that would be helpful as well.  Thank you in advance for any information that I can get.
