I dont think airbnb property owners people are offloading just yet due to the mortgage freeze for 3 months at least. And, foreclosure halt. I am interesting finding those deals too, but i thikbthose deals wont come for at least 5 months.

I am investing in south chicago area, i have been buying houses from auction; but, i am wondering that if i might get better deals from wholasaler. Where do the wholesaler hang out? Myhousedeals SITE? Any other sites they advertise?? THANKS

I am investing in Chicago area, especially in the south area. Do you guys know when can I find a list of general prices for construction or rehabs. For example, cost of replacing drywall, tile, replace toilet, vanity, etc. I went to chicago reia meeting in chicago, the host showed a page that show all these general material and labor cost of al these items. It was a tool to help negotiate price with contractor and estimate cost of rehab. Do you guys know where I can find this list with details?? labor and materials. Thank you Any answer is appreciated

I only pay for materials upfront, and that I will buy it with them in home depot. I make check list, pay them as it is done or by progress in increments. I would never pay 50 percent down personally. 30 percent down max if it is a reputable company with lots of reviews. That is just my comfort level.

I have a house selling 25k. I got offer selling it on my own. How do I avoid closing costs or paying it minimally? The house is under llc. I woild like to use attorney, but not pay any title insurance and etc.
