@Michael Quarles 😊 thanks

Lol the name change at the end was to see who actually made it to the bottom of the post 😂 so in a way it was. I am legally changing my name in the near future so it's just easier if I introduce myself as such.

I can't wait to learn more about real estate and start my epic journey and doing right by my baby girl....

@Chad Rocke thanks for the advice. I just subcribed to both the other podcasts.

I've been listening to the real estate podcast mostly trying to gain as much information from everyone ls story as possible.

I was planning to learn what I can about Virtual wholesaling and house hacking as I think those would suit where I am in life right now.

What's your thoughts about virtual wholesaling?

I'd love to get to know the Denver market of you have the time. Any knowledge gained on analysing a deal and market trends is time we'll spent I'd say.

Hello Bigger Pockets,

New investor here and couldn’t be more excited. I have been listening to the real estate podcast for quite a some time, while working my W2 as a night auditor. In almost every podcast they talk about getting out there and being active in the community and I’m finally jumping on that advice.

I’m 29 years young with no shortage of enthusiasm as I think about where this journey can lead me and my family. I just had a new baby girl and I feel like real estate can give me the best of both worlds, balancing work with family.

I cannot wait to see what to see what the future holds as I begin to put in my dos so to speak. I want to make myself available to anyone who needs a grunt on their team. The best education is a hands on one and I’m willing to put in the work even remotely if need be. I’m serious and motivated. I have a plan on where I want to end up and a vision of how I’m going to get there.

Any and all advice on how to start up would be appreciated. I am planning on becoming a more active member of bigger pocket and will eventually upgrade in the new future.

Thank you for your time.

Oh and one more thing

My name is Adrian but I really do prefer to be called Lucas but for all legal purposes, Adrian.

So I'm just starting out and I'm pumped. I've been listening to the podcasts and I'm going to go pro by the end of the month.

It is said that the journey of 10,000 mike's starts with a single step. The direction of that step is can go in many directions. I was hoping to aquire multi family homes and house hack for a while to get the ball rolling. I've been wondering about how I would go about find finances as my credit is less than perfect. Any suggestions?
