I did my classes online, I used real estate express, and AceableAgent. I suggest using aceable, the customer service is a lot better than real estate express, also the questions on the quizzes are actually relevant to the state exam. 

Unemployment, GDP growth, inflation, interest rates, and I think that's it. However, it's been a bit since I've taken macroeconomics.

Thanks for the reply's everyone, from what I'm getting the most common mistakes new wholesalers make is miscalculating ARV, not having enough of a marketing budget, and not adding value to the deal. I'll be sure not to make these mistakes.

Anyone whole-selling in Austin? I know that real estate is sky rocketing over here so I'm assuming competition for  properties is fierce. I'm almost 18 and I'm going to start my own whole-selling company and I was wondering is it worth to compete in the Austin market or should I look to a different location in Texas? How should I approach this?

I've read countless books on real estate, listened to lots of different podcast even talked to different mentors and I've tried birddogging for others. But is it a good idea to start at 18 (currently 17) to make my own start up company based around flipping houses?
