Good day everyone,

Has anyone experienced turning a duplex into a triplex? Zoning is for multi family homes. House is currently registered as two but want to turn it into a three. Has anyone gone through this process before ? Does it take months to go through the town municipality? The house has all capability to be a three family. Attic is huge with walk up stairs on both sides and can be turned into a two bedroom.

Thanks

Hello everyone,

I’m about to purchase a 2 family that I can easily turn into a 3 family. Was just wondering if the process to get it approved is extensive ? Or complicated? And does it usually take a long time?

Thanks

Good morning,

Looks like I'm getting my first property for a BRRRR.

I was curious where do most of you get your appliances and fixtures from? And cabinets ? Home Depot ? Lowe’s ? Or ?

Thanks

@Scott Hart

Thank you everyone! I know what I must do now! I’m more focused! Never give up! Never surrender! Next post will be after I’ve made 1000 offers and then some.

@Evan Polaski absolutely not my friend. My contractor is my father there is no way they can offer a better deal. A lot of the labor costs are not included. Giving me room to offer the best price but still I’m not getting it

@Chris Mackinlay

I have no clue. How would I get this information? I never find out what they ended up getting the house for. Is there a place I can find out ?
