To me it seems like she assumed it as-is. She should do her research before signing with you. Exactly like trying to bring back a car to a car dealership after buying it... Almost impossible...

Depends on the contract you guys signed and what kind of warranties you gave her. If she inspected and decided she's is happy with her investment then it's her problem now.

Hi,

I exported tax liens list from the county and would like to convert it to mailers, my purpose is to convert them into a wholesale deal.

Any suggestions working the list ?

I got the list as property ID. Is there a source where I can convert those to addresses ?

Hi Guys,

I am about to take control on a 22,000 SF office building and I need your help by having a great spreadsheet to control expenses and income.

I need something that controls the lease, vacant spaces, deposits, rent roll, taxes, maintenance, capital improvements.

Do you have a recommendation on how to manage the accounting without getting overwhelmed ?

Hi,

My situation is:

I have %50 Equity in a property worth 1M  and would like to sell 2 properties which under different entities and buy the remain  part of the property worth 1M, how differ the taxes this way on the property sold ? for how long ?
