Hi to all investing in philadelphia

I bought a property in philadelphia for the first time under LLC that I rehabbed and currently applying for tax abatement. I was asked if LLC is registered with city and if I have city Tax ID. Does anyone know how to do so?

Thank you all for your feedback. This is very helpful. It seems the owner did not renew the rental license as he was vacating the property. One tenant is left and is leaving soon. Thanks @Robert Palladino for bringing that up.

I put an offer on a triplex in south philadelphia that needs rehab. the zoning turned out to be RSA (SFH) not RM1(multifamily) but they have city permits for triplex and is currently rented. Is this an issue to pull rehab permits? can it change in the future. It's my first multifamily investment and i'm thinking of pulling my offer out. I would appreciate your feedback. Thank you

I'm new to real estate investing. Just bought and started fixing my first SFH. Im planning to keep it long term. Is it worth investing in fibrex (Andersen) or fiberglass windows vs Vinyl windows from Home depot or Lowe's ? Not sure if the extra investment is worth it?
