Philadelphia LLC registration and city tax ID

Hi to all investing in philadelphia

I bought a property in philadelphia for the first time under LLC that I rehabbed and currently applying for tax abatement. I was asked if LLC is registered with city and if I have city Tax ID. Does anyone know how to do so?

If you are doing business within Philadelphia, you are required to have a philadelphia business Tax ID.
Rentals or flipping is considered doing business within Philadelphia.

Register for a Philadelphia Tax ID below - https://www.phila.gov/document...
Also, on an annual basis, you will be required to file a BIRT and NPT tax return with Philadelphia. Penalties may accrue if you do not file these forms.
