GREAT strategy, thank you for the inspiration!

Seeing a St Louis thread is so refreshing, exciting in fact. Like many of you I also need to surround myself with other investors. I currently have a SFR in North city, but would like to do a flip and then more rentals. Hoping to connect with more local investors

Hi BP fam, I have an sfr in north st louis and need a reasonable painter for this rental. It's a 3/1 with approx 1100 sq ft. Ant recommendations???

@Mae Patton sorry to hear about your experience with LRA properties. I have not heard one positive story from anyone about buying property from LRA. Glad to hear though, that you are not deterred from investing in RE as a result of your experience. Best wishes going forward
