Hey everyone, I am building a house in the Choctaw area of the metro and am having a hard time finding someone for framing. Where is the best place to look for framers or if you have any recommendations that would be awesome!

I am looking to build a spec home in the Oklahoma City metro area. I am curious about how to find a lot to purchase and any helpful tips. I am running into most developments have homebuilder restrictions and do not want to sell a lot to a new builder. Also what would be a good resource to find subcontractors. I have a list of subs from updating my rentals but don’t have a good resource to find a good framer and foundation guy. I look foward to hearing from you all!

Hi Michele. My brother and I actually own multiple duplexes in the campus corner area of Norman. The key to student housing at OU is the closer to campus corner and north campus the better. We currently have already had multiple people inquiring about 2021-2022 school year. Kids will be on campus whether classes are online or not.
