That was so exciting to hear because I never really feel like people my age are doing much around here. We have the same goals too. I was wanting to get into buying duplexes and 4 plexes also. We should have lunch sometime. About the REIA meeting, they emailed me saying that they will skip the meeting for this month due to the Christmas party but will begin again in January. Have you joined as a member yet?

Thanks so much for the quick replies guys. It really makes me feel like this website has people who really genuinely help each other. I'm trying the real estate club here, but there next meeting isn't until January. I guess I can just keep adding to my investment account until I can figure out a plan of action. I don't want to keep being passive though. I'm ready to take action.

Hi. My name is Adrianne. I'm 23. I'm new to investing in Pensacola, FL. I plan to buy and hold by rehabbing houses in my area, but I don't know where to start. I've been researching, reading, and watching my local listings. I'm looking for a mentor, but I haven't been able to find one yet. Any suggestions on a plan to take action.
