There should be a type of sign to promote attract business to your properties? Depends on how many units. Some HOA's only allow for a sign to be up from the open house hours only. If you need to market and lease slow, I would definitely be putting up signs, as per city code. Happy to discuss more anytime! I love NM!

There are going to be many routes and options with you acquiring your new property, Congrats!  You basically can reach out to commercial brokerages, developers, architects,real estate agents alike and anyone interested in the area and property. You may need to look into the laws and regulations on he property you are discussing before you have to enter a war battle with the city of Houston. You will want to find that out that first if you haven't done this already with or without an agent. If you own the land outright you will be able to negotiate with parties your interested with working with. Are there any other demands in the area you think would be beneficial to you and others in the community?
