I'm looking at a duplex in york, sc and I'm not sure what kind of profit percentages are good in this area so any advice from someone who has experience in this market would help me a great deal.

I ran into a gentleman that has a duplex he wants to sale for $110,000 and it rents for $1400 a month. Should I ask the same questions as if this were a house? What concerns should I have about it? What would be the best way to try to get this financed? This would be my first rental if I could get it financed. Thanks for all the info.
