Hello Everyone!

I've teamed up with Savannah's own Front Porch Improv to offer a night of comedy and real estate networking. This will be a great opportunity to come together to meet in person, talk real estate, and enjoy live comedy. Plus we are supporting a great Savannah local business. We will have a private, live, improv comedy show and use of the bar afterwards.

Doors open at 7:30. The show will begin at 8pm and last approximately 30 minutes. Networking/enjoying the event until 10pm-ish. There will be a bar serving wine and beer. Anyone is welcome who is looking to make connections in Savannah real estate. RSVP is helpful to get a sense of numbers, but not required. Thanks!

Hi Daniel,

One question - are you looking to BRRRR this property? It looks like the BRRRR calculator was used, but you indicated there would be a down payment and loan up front rather than paying cash. I think this throws off the report and the math because it's assuming a cash out refinance and a mortgage at purchase.
