Really? What would you be doing within real estate if you were 17?

 Its going to be kinda cool to see how this will unfold and change the industry.

Looking to get rid of a 1993 single wide 14x68 3/2 Mobile Home, It needs work but the roof is solid.  The interior is pretty trashed and it will have to be moved fairly quickly, if you are interested dm and we can discuss more of the details.

What should I look out for or be worried about when looking into mobile home parks?
