help for the five unit property insurance quote

Hi, Everyone

I will close a 5 unit property and am looking for the insurance quotes. Currently I already obtained three quotes: $3000, 2200, and $1900.  (all of them are $1 million personal injury, $1000 deductible).  All these prices are little shock to me since this is the first commercial insurance I have. The property is in North Carolina. To  your knowledge, are these quotes reasonable? If not what is your expected price? Or should I quote more?

If anyone can recommend a good insurance agent in Charlotte area (NC) I will highly appreciate.

Thanks

Farm Bureau typically has the best rates for stuff of that size that I have found. Also depends on how much you want insured. They will push you to over insure in my opinion. Typically I will insure for the purchase price and that's it. If the place burnt to the ground, I likely wouldn't rebuild something that small, but if you would, you may want additional insurance.

I recently purchased a 4 unit and insurance is $845 annually ( I already have a GL policy so just added it to).
