you can have your base LLC if you wish but for each state you have to process your LLC thru Foreign Qualification when you want to buy property there.

All. I have Access to Many interesting deals from wholesalers that I would like to purchase for buy&hold option. But problem is that their deals are very limited in Time to close which I currently cannot meet. I dont have a problem with cash but I need more Time to Access to that source hence more Time to close is needed. 

Do you have any recommendations how to extend that closing Time in Wholesaler assaignable contract?

@Matthew Irish-Jones big short is pretty nice but its rather about speculation on wall street. So pure graphs not reality in REI I think...😎

All, can you recommend any types of movies, where one of the topics are life around the Real estates investing matters on US market? Not Only documentary, but any commedies, etc I can also consider to watch:)

@Jameson Hooton thats a good question:) each example is different but at the end of a day you can calculate avarage amount per hour from all past cases.

Nevertheless it most likely be 3 or even 4 digits from one deal👌

Its like highly qualified freelancer/expert is awarded;)

 Ot Only can happen when investor shares the profit 50/50 with lender. Otherwise lender will gain Only simple ~10-12% from loan.

Only one way for me after testing various of non solid approaches to become millionaire in assets (multi-units) which will generates me passive income Monthly to live life I and my family deserve and always Dream about🔥✅

You dont need to move your LLC and you can submit Foreign Company Qualification process in new state where you want to do your business.
