@Axel Ragnarsson first of all congrats man, you’re crushing it!

You said that the skill of being able to consistently find deals is key. Then you went on to say the best investments you made were investments in courses and masterminds.

If you were starting over today, what courses master minds would you suggest to start? Also do you think getting a real estate license would be helpful?

I appreciate all the value you brought with this post!

@Canesha Edwards

Thanks so much!

I was thinking about trying that angle with a VA loan. Then I hear people like Grant Cardone or Ken McElroy talk about going for the multifamily apartments first.

Just wondering if thats something I’d need a partner for or if I’d need to find a way for seller financing.

Hi All,

Would anyone share advice on how to break into multi-family investing. I don’t currently have any properties so a multifamily would be the first one….

I’m interested to know anyone’s point of view who’s done this sort of thing already. If you were starting all over, what would you do, what would you not do? Any tips would help!

Thanks!

With so much information revolving around real estate investing, I’ve hit a point where I’m at information overload. I read the forums, books and listen to the podcasts but I have no idea what strategy I should choose.

Anyone have any advice on what strategy they used to get started?
